Klepper AEII 520 Replacement skin with bow and stern cargo nets, NATO Grey - Ref 114ICE

In excellent 'as new' condition, with no hull marks. Sold as a replacement skin only, not with the frame as pictured. AEII 520 frame sets in various conditions is available to purchase with this skin.

Made by Wayland Folding Kayaks (Poland) during its latter years whilst that company was in a brief joint venture with Klepper Germany. Wayland used their own stocks of canvas and Hypalon. but used Klepper's rubber end posts, and alu fittings (EG rudder hanger bracket, bow and stern carry handle fittings). Wayland also copied Klepper's retracting carry handle design.

The bow and stern cargo nets have D-rings attached to reinforced Hypalon deck flaps, as was standard with their military folding kayak models (Achilli, Zoska, Formoza). The D-rings are large, to allow for easy removal or re-arranging of the thick elastic shock cords.

There are pairs of paddle blade pockets and paddle shaft holders on both bow and stern decks.

The hull is fitted with 1 x 25cm wide central keelstrip plus a pair of 6cm side keelstrips, as is commonly fitted on Kleppers. Has standard pair of sponsons.
